Event description

REST | CONNECT | REPLENISH

Experience deep rest and a return to yourself. Unfurling from winter into spring, from the world at large back home to ourselves.

As women we are central to multiple ecosystems: our families, relationships, work and friendships all require tending to.

We can become depleted if people pleasing is our setting, or even when we are doing our best just to keep up.

Self care isn't selfish, it's essential.

We have so many tools at our disposal.

Join us for a half-day retreat where you will experience deep rest. We are holding space with spaciousness - room to arrive, settle in, breathe, let go and receive your own gifts, as well as the ones we are preparing for you.

We will remind you of your own unique sovereign beauty, a blueprint that is yours and essential to our world.

This kind of medicine may seem very simple but it is THE most sophisticated of offerings.

It's grounded in remembering our earth and interconnectedness.

In this half-day retreat you will:

  • Experience deep rest on arrival; yoga nidra guided by Nicky
  • Co-create an altar for our work - together we will open circle and bring nature in through mindful connection with the elements
  • Blanche will guide you through journaling - a process designed to revive veins and rivers alike
  • We will stretch and connect in very simple and gentle way
  • Nicky will guide us through a self-love and affirmation session: something to experience, embody, believe and grow through
  • Sound bowls, Kochi wind chimes, crystals and card decks - we are bringing it all
  • A beautiful gift bag to take home
  • Plus - chai and chat time to connect with each other.

Truly, we are holding space so you don't need to, just for half a day.

This gift to yourself will ripple out as nourishment in each of our ecosystems.

Rested, replenished and re-connected we return with a deeper knowing and remembering to guide us.

**

What to bring - yoga mat, cushion, light blanket or sarong to cover yourself with and bottle of water
