Soul Sisters Women’s Circle

Join us for a powerful women's circle focused on cultivating self-love and deepening our connections with other women. In this nurturing and supportive space, we will engage in a variety of exercises and practices designed to help us embrace our worthiness, honour our boundaries, and connect with our intuition.

A women's circle offers a safe and supportive space where women can freely share their stories, be truly heard, and seen for who they are.

Soul Sisters Women's Circles are grounded in the principles of sacred sisterhood, mutual respect, compassion, and trust, while simultaneously celebrating each other's full expression of self. Here, we foster an environment that honors each woman, as we come together to build meaningful connections and cultivate a deeper sense of belonging.

Join us as we deepen into self-love and connect with the divine feminine within.

Theme 

We will be exploring the theme of "expression" and focus on the throat chakra, which is associated with communication, self-expression, and creativity. Through various practices and exercises, we will work to help you access your inner voice and connect with your creative spirit, allowing you to express yourself in new and meaningful ways.

What to bring

-Yoga Mat

-Blanket

-An eye mask if you wish.

-For the alter- A crystal, flower, personal object or anything sacred or special you’d like to bring into the space.

-Water

-Journal and pen

-Anything you need to make yourself comfortable

What to wear

Dress in comfortable clothing, allowing yourself to move and flow if necessary.

What to expect

- Ritual cleansing upon arrival.

- Opening circle, connection and share space.

Intention

We ask that you tune into your body and set yourself an intention for this space. It can be something you would like to release, something you’d like to receive or both. This is personal to YOU.

Time and Location

-Capalaba Creatives Hub 1/12 Merit Street Capalaba. When you pull into the carpark it is the building to the LEFT. Someone will greet you at the door at 6.25pm and direct you to the space.

-Please arrive at 6.20pm for a 6.30pm start.

-There is plenty of carparking on sight and in surrounding streets.

Aimee is a dedicated holistic healer offering hypnosis, timeline therapy and angelic reiki. She is  intuitively  lead with a deep connection to her own abilities and the energies of the universe.

Aimee has a passion for working and supporting Women and young women along their journey   helping to find purpose, happiness and joy, Disconnecting from childhood and generational trauma, so they can move forward with their future 

Self love and acceptance  is core work in the space of life fullfillment .

Jenny is an intuitive energy healer, creative arts therapist, sound healer and light language channel. She has a strong connection to Mother Earth and nature. She employs a variety of modalities to foster transformation and healing. Jenny is led by her intuition and is able to connect with the unique energy of her clients. She is always actively exploring and expanding her knowledge, gifts and abilities. Her passion is to help women embody their authentic expressions and step into the truest versions of themselves. She is passionate about personal, spiritual and emotional development and is always exploring new ways to expand her capacities.

”The Soul Sister Women’s Circle events hosted by Aimee and Jenny are magical. I was incredibly nervous attending my first Circle but found it to be a warm, supportive, heart opening and self-actualising experience.
To be able to sit with myself with no interruptions, is not something that happens often or easily. And to be able to share without judgement and to hear other women share parts of themselves is a blessing.
The circles are small, which I really love. There is enough time and space for everyone, and it does feel more intimate and special sharing these moments with everyone.
I particularly enjoyed the last Circle where we were told to “close our eyes and dance” – it was surprisingly hard yet liberating to move my body in a way that felt good to me, listening to the guiding meditation from Aimee and jenny.
Ending the session with a guided meditation/hypnosis session, including sound healing and light language is fantastic. I struggle to turn off and relax, and I have had some WILD mental imagery and journeys during these sessions but always feel more calm, more centred and more in tune with myself than I did beforehand.
Even if you are nervous or don’t know if this is for you – If you are drawn to this, please attend. To have time to yourself, focussing on whatever part of your body, mind or soul needs attention for the day is a very special and affirming experience.
