This option does not require you to arrive early, however you will be required to stay after the event has concluded to assist with pack down (Approx. 1-1.5 hours). A welcome email will be sent to outline what pack down will entail - generally helping to dismantle equipment, load cars, sweep floors and help ensure all areas are tidy before vacating the hall.
