We begin the day by introducing ourselves while creating a safe, respectful, and sacred space for the day ahead, starting with grounding ourselves and establishing group agreements to ensure comfort and affirm our commitment to supporting one another as we embark on this shared journey 💜
🌺 Intention Ceremony with Cacao
Together we will take some time to connect within & to open our hearts through the magic of ceremonial cacao, we set our intentions for our Breathwork healing journey 🍫💕
🔮 Breathwork Journey
Through conscious connected breathwork, you’ll drop in and connect with your body, your breath, and your higher self. This practice allows us to regulate our nervous system, release stress, and create space for clarity and divine downloads. 💫 We’ll finish our breathwork journey with the healing touch of Reiki to ground you back into the space. Let the soothing energies of Reiki and sound healing wash over you 🪶
🌳 Connection in Nature
Connect with like-minded Sisters, deep chats surrounded by nature & lakeside views. Nourish your soul with herbal teas, fresh fruit, nuts & cake 🫖 🍰 🍇
