Allow Me to Introduce Myself.

Abby Moore is a dance&embodiment teacher, speaker, at artist. She started her career in Australia 9 years ago. Her career started in Los Angeles where she worked in tv, film, and theater for 10 years.

Her mission and intention is to empower and educate everyone to be present, alive, and joyful in their bodies and soul. Her classes are designed to uplift the feminine energy to integrate softness, sensuality, and primal movement. Inspired by different styles of dance and genres of music, Abby will guide you to connect, feel, and INbody, to allow your body to tell a story that YOU want to tell, and allow the liberation to breathe into your life.

Abby teaches classes all over the Sunny Coast, Australia, and is excited to spread her mission online to expand globally in 2025.

She has received Australia Day Cultural Award and well as Performing Arts Business of the Year.
Abby believes Dance and Movement shows us who we are when we allow the chains to drop and freedom to breathe through our bodies.
