We welcome you to a day discovering new tools for you to implement into day to day life.
Daily practice allows you to become centred and self aware.
When we pause and give ourselves time to feel into our bodies and tune into our surroundings we become discerning of what suits us and what will nourish and assist our growth.
The intention of this day is to introduce you to the amazing facilitators and wellness based businesses operators within our local community. We have so many beautiful souls with equally beautiful gifts to share. So we ask you to arrive with an open heart and mind to receive the blessings of their offerings.
we also have some very special guests from Adelaide who will be facilitating workshops throughout the day and completing the afternoon with an invigorating drum circle.
