10am Begins with Mandala Food Forest Garden Tour & light Morning Tea

11am Art Therapy Experience ~ absolutely no art skills required & all materials supplied

12.30pm Lunch ~ please let me know of any dietary requirements

1pm ~ Silent Meditation Walk in the Forest

followed by an afternoon of relaxation and rejuvenation in our Sanctuary Space on the land

Includes a Herbal Foot Bath & Sound Healing with Sollfeggio Frequencies

Please bring foot tub of your choosing, one that fits your feet comfortably & pick your own healing herbs here from the land & a please bring a yoga mat or picnic blanket to lay on for sound healing.

Just as plants need the proper balance of water, our body systems need the proper balance of energy. It is up to our chakra system to maintain this balance and when properly balanced and maintained, our chakras will deliver exactly the correct amount of energy required to keep our bodies, minds and spirits in perfect harmony.

We are located 10 mins Bulahdelah on the Mid North Coast, pristine Seal Rocks our nearest beach and we are very near to the Grandis, tallest tree in NSW. This is Gathang Country We acknowledge and pay respect to the Original Custodians of the land upon which we now live, we pay respect to Elders past, present and future and extend that respect to all Original Caretakers for the wisdom and knowledge they hold around the Mother Earth.

$100 per person ~ pay by 7th March. Payment is confirmation of your place & space.

All funds raised from visitors go back into the land to continue to support our work here on the ground.
