This space of stillness allows you access to your authentic inner self, an inner sanctum which can become a source of your personal power. The ability to connect with and access this develops profound self-trust, providing you the power to enjoy your life with freedom, integrity and self-love.

What to expect at a Soul Wisdom Meditation Session

WELCOME

Connect as a group in safe sacred space. Be honoured as an individual and share your personal intention, either verbally or silently. This creates our group intention, where we respect and acknowledge each other, wherever we are on our journey in this moment. The setting of intention creates the perfect collaborative frequencies, where everyone receives the optimal vibration that suits their needs.

BREATH

This is a chance to breathe. To notice and acknowledge any physical tension, stress, worries and distractions. To quiet the mind, breathe into the moment, ground and connect to your body, finding your natural rhythm and resonance with the breath.

Intentional breath provides opportunity to journey deeper into stillness and presence, softening the space and preparing you to fully receive the guided meditation.

GUIDED MEDITATION

This is the time to get cozy and comfy on the mat with all pillows, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows provided. Feel free to bring along any special items to make you more comfortable. We tuck you in and create a nurturing cocoon so you can deeply relax and feel safe and supported.

Michelle’s soothing voice will guide you with meditation that is unique every session. By tuning into the individual and group dynamic, Michelle curates an intuitive journey to your inner world, where you can deeply relax and connect to your own inner wisdom, preparing you to receive the next layer of sound healing frequencies.

SOUND HEALING

Taking you to the deepest level of the journey, Amanda will intuit a unique healing soundscape. The vibration of these beautiful sound frequencies gently massage at an energetic level and induce specific meditative states conducive to deep rest, repair and renewal. This helps clear and create balance in a holistic way by addressing physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects. You are further supported in this part of the journey as Michelle holds the energetic space and offers hands on energy healing if desired.

Amanda creates a magical soundscape with her voice and instruments. You will hear her voice as she sounds, tones and sings heart medicine. This is woven in with sacred medicine drum and other instruments such as rattles, flute, crystal and Himalayan bowls, handpan and chimes. This is designed to be very gentle, with space for silence throughout allowing the frequencies to fully reverberate through the body.

The sound journey ends with complete silence to enable further integration, after which, Michelle will use her voice to gently guide you back to your physical body and the present moment.

INTEGRATION

This is a time to gently come back, enjoy some refreshments, close the circle and share if desired. We keep this space respectful, quiet and confidential, acknowledging that everyone’s experience will be different and all perspectives are welcome.

Sometimes you may receive insights, creative inspiration, emotional clearing and healing. While other times you may simply experience deep rest and relaxation and have fallen asleep. All are perfect and it is good to trust your experience and know that you have received what you need most.

Regular sessions build upon your experience, enabling you to connect more easily to your Soul Wisdom, giving yourself the consistent time and space to deeply listen and continue the journey of self-exploration and transformation.

It is an honour and a joy to create and hold this space. We would love you to join us.
