Join us once again, for a nourishing afternoon of connection, healing and empowerment as we journey around the chakana medicine wheel, opening the heart as we sit with the sacred plant medicine of Cacao. We'll move into the breath, with guidance, meditation and sound that taps into our innate wisdom for deep healing, releasement and balance before integrating our experience through restorative movement.

~A stunning journey around the chakana medicine wheel, working with the highest frequency of light and powerful allies. This shamanic ceremony will lead us through the natural world as we sit with the ancient medicine of Cacao, also
known as the food of the Gods. Her spirit activates our energy centres, opening our hearts and quiets our minds to gently guide us to balance and harmony.

~Feel supported and guided through meditation and sound immersion as we dive into a powerful yet gentle conscious connected breath, in and out through the mouth. Holotropic breathwork induces changes to our physiology, which allows us to tap into non ordinary states of consciousness. In this state we are able to process & release emotions, blocked energy, stress, and trauma that may be impacting us from current and past lifetimes. As we allow everything that no longer serves us to fall away; we connect to a deeper feeling of meaning and purpose in our lives, feeling energized and motivated to reach our highest potential.

Kristy creates a safe and nurturing environment for deep self-exploration, helping clients align with their highest timelines. Her fascination with the metaphysical and spiritual realms, along with her love for crystals and oracle cards, has inspired her dedication to empowering others.
