We will meet at the small car park and take an easy 10 minute walk along a firetrail to a sandstone platform overlooking the national park and sunset. Here we will perform a personal welcome to country and acknowledgment of the ancestors, spirits and custodians past, present and emerging of the land.We will then sit for 20-30 minutes depending on the group, with some guidance only at the start for those new to meditation.

Following the silent sitting, we will have a 30 minute sharing circle where all are welcome to chat and discuss anything related to their meditation practice. We will walk back after sunset, so please bring a torch to ensure you walk safely back on the uneven ground.
