✨ Soulful September: A Yoga & Wellness Experience for a Cause ✨

🎟️ Tickets are $33 — with 100% of proceeds going directly to the YWCA Cambridge Women’s Emergency Homeless Shelter.

Join us on Saturday, September 6 from 12:30–3:00 PM at Soper Park in Cambridge for an afternoon of connection, calm, and community—all in support of a vital cause.

🎤 Opening remarks at 12:50 PM

Arrive early! Doors open at 12:30 PM so you can take a quick peak at the market and get settled before we begin.

🧘‍♀️ 1:00–2:00 PM

Begin with a gentle, grounding slow flow yoga session accompanied by live acoustic guitar, flowing into a deeply restorative sound bath during a 15 minute savasana.

🛍️ 2:00–3:00 PM

Afterward, wander through a mini local market featuring artisan goods, nourishing refreshments, and inspiring wellness vendors.

By purchasing a ticket you agree to the following for yourself or for anyone you purchase a ticket for that may be under 18. We request that anyone under 18 have a legal guardian purchase your ticket for you.

That I am participating in the yoga classes or programs offered by The Yoga Loft Cambridge (including Sandi Grekoff-Hunt and any other teachers) during which time I will receive information and instruction about yoga and exercise. I recognize that yoga requires physical exertion, which may potentially be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and/or hazards involved.

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the yoga classes/programs. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition, that I am aware of, that would prevent my full participation in the yoga classes/courses.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in yoga classes/programs, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in any of the aforementioned programs with The Yoga Loft Cambridge (including all teachers).

In further consideration of being permitted to participate in yoga classes/programs I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against The Yoga Loft Cambridge, Sandi Grekoff-Hunt and any other teachers, for any injury, death or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in any of the aforementioned programs; including the loss that may be caused by the negligence of the released party.

I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue The Yoga Loft Cambridge, Sandi Grekoff-Hunt or any teachers for any injury, death or damages caused by their negligence or other acts.

I release and discharge The Yoga Loft Cambridge, Sandi Grekoff-Hunt and any other teachers from any and all liability, claim, demand or action that I may have related to the loss, theft or damage of any of my personal property while attending any of the aforementioned programs at any location or premises where these programs are being offered.

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, I acknowledge and consent to the possibility of being photographed or recorded on video. These images and recordings may be used by the event organizers for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I am 18 years of age or older, and I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
