This is an open invitation to all women seeking connection, mindfulness and self care 💕

Start your Friday morning on the beach with breathwork and yin yoga, followed by breakfast and chats at the cafe 🌞

All ages welcome

Come for any part you wish 💗

Please bring: Yoga mat or towel to lay on and water  

Access 124- Carpark- On the beach infront of Mudjimba Island 🏝️ 

Come fill your cup and make new friends 🫶🏼
