Join us for the ultimate Soulful Sunday 🌞

A morning of relaxation, followed by ladies day out at The Doonan💃🏼

This day retreat has been intentionally designed to help women slow down. To nurture your mind, body and soul ✨

You will start your Sunday slow, arriving at 10am at this beautiful space in Doonan, immersed in nature 🍃

Beginning with a gentle Breathwork and meditation 

Followed by jumping in the ice baths and sauna 

Pampered with Lomi Lomi massage

Finishing with a gentle Yin Yoga and sound healing, leaving you floating on a cloud ☁️ 

Then it’s a quick outfit change and off to lunch at The Doonan where you will connect with 16 beautiful likeminded women, for a fun day out, with live music, delicious food and drinks 💃🏼

Come fill your cup and make new friends ❤️
