Soulful Sunday Womens Hike

This is an open invitation to all women seeking connection and self care in nature 💕

Join us for a morning hike up Mount Ngungun, where we will do gentle Breathwork at the top, followed by cacao and soulful chats, whilst taking in the beautiful views of the Glasshouse Mountains 🌞

All ages welcome 💗

Where: Mount Ngungun Summit Track Carpark

Please bring: Water and sun protection. Cacao is included.
