Join us for the ultimate Sunday reset! 

On a rooftop, while the sun goes down.

The perfect way to wind down your weekend and set yourself up, for a great week ahead! 

We will start our afternoon nice and slow, with a gentle breathwork practice, followed by yin yoga and sound healing. 

Then it's time to pump the music, finishing with ice baths and a bit of fun, while the sun goes down. 

Men and women, all ages welcome!

Please bring a yoga mat, water and wear comfy clothes.
