Soulful Sessions Saturday Reset

Due to cyclone Alfie and rescheduling it’s now the Saturday Reset ✨

On a rooftop, while the sun goes down.

We will start our afternoon nice and slow, with a gentle breathwork practice, followed by yin yoga and sound healing. 

Then it's time to pump the music, finishing with ice baths and a boogy, while the sun goes down. 

Men and women, all ages welcome!

Please bring a yoga mat, water and wear comfy clothes.
