Event description

Due to cyclone Alfie and rescheduling it’s now a Saturday session 🌞

Join us for a sunset rooftop Saturday session!

We will start our afternoon nice and slow, with a gentle breathwork practice, followed by yin yoga and sound healing. 

Then it's time to pump the music, finishing with ice baths and a boogy, while the sun goes down 🌇

Men and women, all ages welcome!

Please bring a yoga mat, water and wear comfy clothes. 

Come connect, relax and have some fun ❤️
