Soulgen Community Celebration: Play, Connect & Belong!

Soulgen Community Celebration: Play, Connect & Belong!

An afternoon of games, creativity, connection and community-building!

What happens when people who care about their communities come together to play, laugh, share stories and explore new possibilities?

At Soulgen, we're passionate about bringing people together, recognising their strengths and creating opportunities for young people and communities to thrive.

Our work is grounded in a simple belief: positive change begins with relationships, belonging and the strengths we already have.

So we're trying something a little different!

We're bringing together friends, colleagues, collaborators and new faces who are curious about connection, creativity and community.

Whether you've been part of the Soulgen journey for years, crossed paths with us recently or are discovering us for the first time, you're warmly invited!

As a way of giving back and bringing people together, we're hosting a relaxed and playful afternoon to celebrate connection, creativity and the possibilities that emerge when people come together.

What to expect

🎲 Play & Have Fun: Enjoy interactive activities inspired by Camp Venture, our playful community development game that brings people together to discover strengths, map community assets and generate creative, community-led ideas for positive change.

💛 Explore Belonging: Be among the first to try our new Belonging Game prototype, exploring what helps us feel connected and how we can nurture belonging in our communities.

🤝 Connect & Mingle: Meet people passionate about youth and community development, facilitation, creativity and positive social change. Share stories, enjoy some nibbles and discover new friendships and potential collaborations.

✨ Spark New Possibilities: Bring your ideas, passions and strengths. Who knows what might emerge when people who care about their communities come together?

Who's invited?

Whether you're a youth or community worker, facilitator, educator, creative practitioner, community leader, social innovator or simply someone passionate about people and community, we'd love to have you join us!

No presentations, no pressure, no formal agenda. Just good company, playful experiences, meaningful conversations and opportunities to connect, contribute and belong.
