SoulPlay is an immersive experience filled with transformational workshops, celebration, dancing, connection, and play. It is an experience designed to facilitate learning and growth, while having a lot of fun and making great connections in the process. Whether this is your first time stepping into an experience like this or you’ve been walking the embodiment path for a while, SoulPlay meets you where you are.

SoulPlay is an alcohol and substance free event. The premier sober gathering in the US! It's an opportunity to practice being present, while connecting in community. 
SoulPlay strives to create a container through which we can all be our fully expressed selves. The depth, joy and playfulness we dream of is only realized if we are all included, welcomed and celebrated. We are continually working as an organization and as a community to support this vision.

SoulPlay 2024 will span two incredible weekends, along with the option to immerse yourself in smaller group deep dives in between weekends!

The 3 Parts of SoulPlay 2024:

✨Weekend 1: June 6 - June 9, 2024
4 days of expansive workshops, heartwarming connections, and legendary music and pool parties! It is an experience designed to facilitate learning and growth, while having a lot of fun and making great connections in the process.

✨Immersions: June 10 - June 13, 2024
Alongside a small committed group, you’ll embark on a facilitated retreat closely aligned with one of SoulPlay's core themes, such as movement, play, relationship, vulnerability, or social justice. It's a special opportunity to dive deeper into yourself in an intimate, structured, and supported setting. You will be prompted to choose which of the Immersions you'd like to join in the checkout questions.

✨Weekend 2: June 14 - June 16, 2024
3 days of incredible workshops and performances, expansive connection, and heart-integrated community with an added benefit of being open to families and kids of all ages. Blast yourself into the summer of your dreams fully grounded and aligned with your heart.

It's a sober, connected and playful environment. More than a party, SoulPlay is an opportunity to experience community in its aspirational form, where everyone is celebrated and supported as the unique beings that they are. It's an experimental, low pressure "laboratory" where you can try out different ways of being, both with self and others, and decide at the end which you'd like to adopt and which to discard.

With your purchase you will receive:

SoulPlay Weekend Passes:
 - Admission to SoulPlay 2024 on the dates you choose
- Full access to all live shows, ecstatic dance journeys, yoga sessions and workshops (subject to space limitations)
- Camping access
- Two meals a day (lunch and dinner)
- Access to pool area and hot showers
- Official SoulPlay 2024 T-shirt
- Friends and lessons that last a lifetime
- Additional surprises!

Car or RV parking permits are required and are purchased separately from your tickets. You must have an appropriate vehicle pass to enter the venue with your vehicle.
Upgraded lodging options are available and must be purchased separately and in addition to your tickets.

Your ticket does not include transportation and additional offerings such as snacks and beverages between meals, private massage treatments and private coaching sessions.

Immersion Passes:
- Participation in one of the 5 Immersions that will be offered
- Immersions start Monday, 6/10 at 4pm and end Thursday, 6/13 at 4pm.
- Your Immersion choice is set and cannot shift in the middle of the retreat
- Camping access
- Three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
- Access to pool area and hot showers
- Deep dive into oneself and community

Car or RV Parking is included with your Immersion pass. You do not need to purchase an extra pass for this.
Upgraded lodging options are available and must be purchased separately and in addition to your tickets.

Refund policy

• Refunds are only available until May 23rd (2 weeks before the event starts). After that no refunds will be possible.
• You are always welcome and encouraged to sell or transfer your tickets to someone else.
• If you must refund, a $200 cancellation fee will be charged per ticket.
• When requesting a ticket refund - Lodging and Parking passes will be refunded in full.
• Instructions on how to refund, sell or transfer your tickets can be found on the FAQ Page.

Transfer policy:
Transfers between weekends are possible up until May 16th (3 weeks before event starts) After that date no transfers will be possible.
The policy:
* WE1 to WE2 - the WE2 ticket will also include an Early Arrival pass for Thursday evening, June 13th. No additional refund will be given.
* WE2 to WE1 - a rate difference will be charged based on the rate available at the time of the request.
* Regular Parking passes can be transferred with no extra charge.
* Transfers of Car camping passes,RV passes, and upgraded lodging are subject to availability.
* Transfers of Immersion passes will be handled on a case by case basis and settled based on rate differences at the time of the transfer.
