WELCOME TO SOULS UNITE!!
Each Souls Unite session includes a grounding practice to centre ourselves, a transformative experience guided by a different facilitator every month, and time to connect with like-minded souls. Whether you’re deepening your inner connection, simply creating some you time or making new friends, this space is a haven for growth and community.
OCTOBER 9, 2025 - Embodying Spring with the Wood Element

Come join me in embodying the upwards energy of Spring! There is a big shift in gear moving from Winter to Spring and we can find ourselves feeling stuck and frustrated in certain areas of our body and / or life.
Using the ancient wisdom of Chinese Medicine and exploring the wood element, particularly our relationship with anger, we will embody this energy through:
🌿 Do-In and movement
🌿 Partner work and discussion
🌿 Visualisation
🌿 We will also touch on the Wood element gifts of clarity, vision, planning, decision making and creativity.
What to bring;
🌱Please wear comfortable clothing to move in and something GREEN (the colour of the wood element)
🌱 Journal and pen
🌱 A special item that is green or that represents wood, plants or Spring for our altar

THE EVOLUTION OF SOULS UNITE:
In 2023 - Soul Mates Dates was first created for a group of facilitators to gather, receive each others magic and have a safe space to honour what was going on for them. It also created an opportunity to ask questions, hold space in a safe environment we might not have tried in a group before and connect with those working in a similar business - allowing deeper community in what can sometimes feel like a lonely place.
In 2024 this evolved into expanding the group to the public to open the space and help bring more like minded people together. Opening it to those who may be just embarking on their journey into self or for those who wish to surround themselves in a safe space free of judgement. Before the event some gather for coffee and connect while exploring deeper presence that surrounds us during the events.
2025 we are back and excited to hold more magic and expand our community even more.
EVERYONE is welcome, no matter what you do or where you are at in your journey. My wish is for this to be a warm, all inclusive, cosy and inviting space for everyone no matter how they’re feeling in this moment of life. AND also to create a space for people to make new connections and expand their soul tribe.
As of May 2025 we have also launched Souls IGNITE on Sunday evenings for those who aren't able to join us during the day.
