This playshop invites your youthful expression to take centre stage through a series of ridiculous and playful exercises to unleash your inner dag, welcome your goofball, get your silly on and move beyond conditionings that may be limiting your playful nature in everyday life. Come, activate your joy and allow your soul to shine beyond inhibitions. In this space, you have permission to play in your phosphorescent brilliance ! Let’s glow it up!
It will include an intuitive blend of what's called for on the day and may include trust and connection exercises, art, character development, plenty of dress ups, exercises to lean into trusting your playful nature and a whole blend of ridiculous games to allow your soul to shine!

Mel Lenzi
As a qualified school art and drama teacher, Mel has been involved with many community projects around Australia that empower women and children. her most influential training was to study Anthroposophy with the Waldorf Steiner School. Mel's involvement in art, yoga, philosophy and spiritual groups has led her to become a qualified Reiki practitioner and Sound healer. Her goal is to create safe, healing spaces for people to grow spiritually in order to experience bliss and universal consciousness.

Indigo-Khai Rivers is a lived experience educator, a somatics and embodiment practitioner, and intuitive facilitator with a background in movement, breathwork, healing and trauma recovery. She enjoys empowering people to unmask past conditionings, gaining access to their unique brilliance and soulful expression. She is passionate about creating safe platforms for the inclusion of emotions and aspects of ourselves that have been shamed, judged, rejected, or suppressed, allowing an inclusive space to expand into wholeness and align with our human potential. Often described as "raw' and "powerful", her experiential workshops and down-to-earth approach make complex topics and practices easily accessible to all, no matter what stage of their healing journey they may be on
