Michelle will guide you through a gentle Yoga Nidra meditation to prepare your body and mind, easing you into a state of calm between waking and dreaming. From there, allow yourself to be carried through a harmonic landscape of layered tones, vibrations, and elemental sounds — from the shamanic pulse of the medicine drum and grounding gong to the ethereal resonance of singing bowls and chimes. This special event features guest artist Christian (Two Hands Tapping), whose discovery of the Handpan opened a world of heartfelt, mystical expression. His captivating blend of handpan, piano, santoor (Persian hammer dulcimer), native flutes and percussion creates soundscapes that feel both ancient and otherworldly — melodies that move through you, awakening and soothing the soul.
