Come and join us for a friendly, relaxing meditation session by the sea at safety bay yacht club. Suitable for those wishing to start their meditation journey to experienced meditators. with a focus on peace, breathe, and heart centred vibration. Utilising nature sounds, singing bowls , native american flute, guitar and chanting / omming . A great way to chill out, and methods to take home and practice.

WHAT TO BRING: Most meditations will be done sitting upright, but bring yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye cover . And water bottle.
