Sound Healing & Cymatics

This 2 hour session delivers an introduction to cymatics, the study of sound made visible and how sound shapes physical matter. It is designed to spark curiosity in the invisible world of sound and frequency, reinvigorating the mind and body through engaging with sound as tangible art.

Melissa from Tribe Eleven will guide participants through sound frequencies connected to specific energetic centers within the body and discuss the mandala-like images which different frequencies produce when moved through mediums like sand or water.

This introductory session ends with a beautiful 20 minute sound healing from Abby of Wings of Aum to gently consolidate and close the space. Participants will leave with a hand-crafted mini textured art kit to paint their own cymatic-inspired artwork from home.

As this is a small space, seats are limited and bookings are essential.
