The Meditation

We will be joined by Vicki O'Leary to guide us in a deep meditation and share a channelled message relevant for the group and the times we are in.

The Sound Bath

Centre within as you are joyfully immersed in an ocean of sound that guides you toward deep relaxation and restoration.
Be lulled into a deeply restful space within with Quartz Crystal bowls, Tibetan Bowls, chimes, bells, drum and voice. 
Emerge feeling refreshed, uplifted, connected to yourself and to the moment. Ready for the end of the year, and all that brings!
