We are so blessed to have the beautiful and very talented Judy (Valli Maine) all the way from Bendigo for an evening of sound healing and relaxation.

Sound healing is vibrational healing with tones moving effortlessly through every part of the body, unrestricted by physical barriers.

It moves freely throughout the body, releasing and re-tuning anything that may be out of balance, bringing your physical and energetic bodies into a state of harmony.

Judy uses crystal singing bowls in conjunction with vocal toning.

The tones and songs are channelled, each session unique to the group.

Judy has 9 years experience working with clients in this field and is a practitioner and teacher of ThetaHealing®.
