Join Metisse for a journey… an exploration of the moment through Sound & Silence.
He will be sharing the music within him, the harmonies and frequencies that come forth when he tunes in with his instruments.Then holding space for deeply experiencing the silence together, the space before and after sound, the nothingness and everythingness.
He will weave didgeridoo, guitar, voice, and electronic production to create a deeply safe, relaxed environment that can hold you wherever you are at.
There will be upbeat dance vibes, emotive melodies, songs, toning, and deep, primal didgeridoo. You will be laying down and receiving at times so make sure you bring a yoga mat to llie on, and a cushion and blanket for extra comfort.
Silence will be the foundation stone of the experience, where all sound arises from, and returns to.
Come rest in the merging point of Sound & Silence.
Embracing and harmonising polarity’s. Being and doing, spirit and matter. A dynamic meditation. An opportunity to let go.
Where you can be moved by sound, and melted by silence.
