This Saturday, September 21, we gather on the eve of the Autumn Equinox—a sacred turning point where light and dark come into perfect balance.
In this powerful seasonal threshold, we open the Portal of Becoming—a deeply restorative, small-group Sound & Soul Awakening Ceremony to help you melt what’s heavy, reconnect with what’s true, and receive what’s next.
What You’ll Experience:
A ceremonial cacao and rose elixir to open the heart
A somatic practice + guided meditation to unwind stress, freeze, and emotional weight
Live sacred sound healing played over and around your body by Aiyana and Tom—attuned in real-time to your energy field
Gentle activation of your BDNF (Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor)—a natural compound that supports emotional resilience, mental clarity, and the rewiring of stress patterns, helping you feel alive, centered, and connected again
A field of Divine Love, presence, and deep individual care—like private healing inside a sacred circle
How the Ceremony Flows:
1:30–1:45pm — Arrival window, tea/snacks, cozy nest setup
2:00pm — Cacao ceremony begins
2–5pm — Full Sound & Soul Awakening journey
5:15–6:00pm — Organic vegan soup + integration circle
