In this powerful seasonal threshold, we open the Portal of Becoming—a deeply restorative, small-group Sound & Soul Awakening Ceremony to help you melt what’s heavy, reconnect with what’s true, and receive what’s next.

What You’ll Experience:

• A ceremonial cacao and rose elixir to open the heart

• A somatic practice + guided meditation to unwind stress, freeze, and emotional weight

• Live sacred sound healing played over and around your body by Aiyana and Tom—attuned in real-time to your energy field

• Gentle activation of your BDNF (Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor)—a natural compound that supports emotional resilience, mental clarity, and the rewiring of stress patterns, helping you feel alive, centered, and connected again

How the Ceremony Flows:

1:30–1:45pm — Arrival window, tea/snacks, cozy nest setup
2:00pm — Cacao ceremony begins
2–5pm — Full Sound & Soul Awakening journey
5:15–6:00pm — Organic vegan soup + integration circle
