THE BODYWORK SESSIONS - SOUND, VIBRATION AND TOUCH 

A deeply intimate immersion of Sound, Vibration and touch.This is a rare opportunity to be totally held, energetically and physically by 3 practitioners,  2 people working with your body at the same time, using therapeutic singing bowls on the body as you are gently lifted, stretched and softened through Zen Thai Shiatsu and acupressure techniques.

This is a therapeutic Somatic approach that places importance on what we experience in the mind and the body as well as the connection between the two. “Somatic” itself means “of or relating to the body.”
