What if an hour of sound could take you somewhere you never expected?

Join Linda for an experience of sound and meditation that invites you to feel deeply grounded in your body while exploring deeper states of awareness beyond the everyday.

As the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments fill the space, allow your body to soften, your mind to grow quiet, and your awareness to expand. You may experience vivid imagery, subtle sensations, a sense of spaciousness, or a deep stillness that feels different from ordinary rest.

Rooted in the support of the earth beneath you, you're invited to explore the possibilities of sound, vibration, and consciousness. There's no particular destination or experience to reach, just an opportunity to become curious about what lies beyond the familiar.

Following the sound bath, you're welcome to stay for an optional time of tea and connection. Share your experience, enjoy a little conversation, or simply savor the quiet before returning to your evening.

Each guest will receive a small grounding stone to take home.

Mats, blankets, and pillows will be provided. You're welcome to bring anything additional that will help you feel comfortable, as you'll be lying down throughout the session.
