Join me for a weekly sound bath experience: a gentle pause from the busyness of life. Designed to support deep relaxation, this offering helps calm and rebalance your entire nervous system.

Sink into 45-minutes of bliss as soothing sound and vibration wash over you, inviting deep rest for the body, mind and soul. A sound bath is a calming, immersive experience that can help release tension, quiet mental overwhelm, and leave you feeling grounded, restored and deeply relaxed.

Singing bowls and other sound healing instruments create soothing frequencies and vibrations. The experience is intentionally slow and calming, designed to support all bodies and experience levels. There is nothing you need to achieve or “do” during the session. This is simply an opportunity to arrive as you are and allow yourself to be held by sound, stillness and rest.

Expect a warm, inclusive space grounded in kindness, calm and connection. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more settled, and gently restored for the days ahead.

Perfect for anyone feeling:
• stressed or overwhelmed
• mentally exhausted
• emotionally depleted
• anxious or “always on”
• in need of rest, reset or reconnection

No experience with meditation or sound healing is needed - simply come as you are.

What to bring:

Yoga mats and bolsters are provided. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. You're also welcome to bring a blanket, cushion and eye pillow if you'd like to create a cosy little nest to fully relax into the experience.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for parking and to settle into the space before we begin.

The session will be held at Studio 101, The Kula Life.

The studio entrance is on the corner of Simmonds Lane and Edmund Hock Avenue.

Spaces are intentionally limited to create a calm and intimate experience.

Sound therapy and meditation are safe for most participants, but if you have specific medical conditions (e.g., epilepsy, pregnancy, medical devices and implants, recent surgery, severe hearing issues), please check with your practitioner before attending.

Booking Policy

As spaces are limited, all bookings are non-refundable.

If you can no longer attend, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to transfer your booking to a future Sound Bath session (subject to availability) if we are able to fill your place from our waitlist.
