What to expect:

A soothing guided meditation and breathwork sequence to help you settle into the space.

Gentle grounding time at the end—with some dark chocolate to ease your return to the outside world.
Please bring: a yoga mat, pillow or cushion, and a cosy blanket for comfort.
Don’t have the gear or travelling light? Mat, pillow, and blanket hire available for a small fee (limited numbers).

Natalie Grace is a certified sound therapist, meditation teacher, musician, and intuitive energy healer with years of experience facilitating both group and private sessions. Her professional yet heart-centred approach creates a safe, nurturing space for deep rest and reconnection.

Experience level: Suitable for all—no prior meditation experience needed.
Accessibility: The venue is fully accessible, with ramp and lift access for ease of entry.
