This sound bath invites you to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with your inner power — deepening your trust in what feels aligned and true for you. As we emerge from the inward winter journey, this is a sacred space to remember your strength, reclaim your voice, and realign with your authentic energy. Held in a safe and supportive environment, you'll be gently guided to release what no longer resonates and reconnect with the wisdom of your heart.

✨ What to Expect:
We’ll begin with a warm welcome and a short explanation of what the session involves. 🌸Then, you’ll be guided through gentle breathwork, grounding, and a short meditation to help settle in. 🌿The sound journey will follow—about 45–50 minutes of calming, meditative sounds. 🎶You may feel deep relaxation, emotional release, or a sense of peaceful renewal—each experience is unique. 🌈We’ll close with quiet integration and a gentle return to the present moment 🙏

🧘‍♀️ What to Bring:

Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask for extra comfort, plus a water bottle.
Chairs are available if lying down is uncomfortable—just let me know in advance.

⏳ Doors open at 1:50 PM. Please arrive on time to settle in before the session begins.
🚗 Parking is available outside the venue.
