Held in the tranquil setting of Warkworth Masonic Hall, this Sound Bath invites you to rest, release, and renew through the healing vibrations of sound. It offers a sacred pause — a time to slow down, turn inward, and gently reconnect with the stillness and peace that live within.

Sound is not only something we hear — it’s something we feel. Its vibrations ripple through every cell, resonating within the body, mind, and energy field. As waves of sound wash through you, each tone interacts uniquely with your own vibration, offering a deeply personal experience of balance, reflection, or renewal.

Each sound bath weaves together the pure tones of Crystal Bowls and Tibetan Singing Bowls, the deep resonance of Symphonic and Wing Gongs, and the grounding rhythms of Shamanic Drum and Chimes. These instruments create a rich, meditative soundscape — an invitation into stillness and deep listening. Whether your experience feels peaceful, emotional, or simply restful, the sound meets you exactly where you are, supporting you to reconnect with the harmony and wholeness within.

• Date & Time: 8 November 2025, Saturday, 3-4PM
• Venue: Warkworth Masonic Hall, 3 Baxter Street, Warkworth 0910
• Exchange: $30 per person, plus Humanitix booking fee (which is set by Humanitix and goes directly to charity).
Spaces are limited — pre-booking is essential.

Comfort & Practical Notes
• Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask for extra comfort.  Chairs are available if lying down is uncomfortable—just let me know in advance.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
• Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
• Parking is available nearby.
• Contraindications: Not suitable for those with sound-induced epilepsy or in the first trimester of pregnancy. Please consult your healthcare provider if unsure.
• Refund Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the event will receive a full refund. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future event for non-attendance. Tickets can be on-sell to someone else if you are unable to attend.
