Afternoon Sound Bath – Terrigal

Relax. Reset. Rebalance.

Join us for a deeply restorative sound meditation experience. Let soothing frequencies from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs wash over you—calming the nervous system, quieting the mind, and inviting deep rest.

What to Bring:

  • Yoga mat or something comfy to lie on

  • Blanket and pillow for extra comfort

  • Water bottle

  • An open mind and a willingness to unwind

No experience necessary. All are welcome.
