Sound bath

Hello everyone!

Experience an hour of intimate sound therapy, as we work together to harmonize your charkas and release stagnate emotions stored in your body.

When you sink yourself into a sound bath and guide your awareness into your listening, you allow your brain waves to slow, shifting from a more active state to a relaxing or even dream like state.

We will start promptly at 7:00pm, arrival time must be by 6:30pm. Limited spots will be available for this event. 

For your comfort you will need to bring; Yoga mat, Blanket and Pillow to hence your sound bath journey!
