Sound Bath - Reflect & Renew
Event description
✨ Your last chance this year to experience the blissful vibrations of sacred sound instruments, including Tibetan and Crystal Bowls, Voice, Gongs, Drums, and more. ✨
This sound bath offers a sanctuary for reflection and renewal. Enjoy calm during busy times and allow the soothing vibrations to guide you in releasing the old and embracing new beginnings as we approach the next calendar year.
This special session begins with a guided meditation to help you wind down and relax before immersing yourself in the healing power of sound. The combination of guided meditation and sound helps quiet the mind and ease you into deep relaxation, regardless of your level of meditation experience. You'll be guided out of the meditation at the end and given time to ground, reconnect, and enjoy a piece of chocolate before heading home.
