Sound Bath with Crystalline + Himalayan Bowls, Chimes & Gongs with Everitt Allen in Bellevue after the MeWe Fair 8-23-25

Bowls and gongs are portals to other places. They are the most complex instruments and create sounds that can both be felt in the body and heard by the ear. They transform our emotions, and connect us to something beyond ourselves. They also embody creative energies and can bring us back to center to a state of harmony with our purpose.

Drop into a space of deep tranquility and peace while the sounds of the bowls and gongs take you into a deep state of relaxation.

WHAT: Sound Bath with Crystalline Bowls, Himalayan Bowls, Chimes & Gongs

WHEN: Saturday August 23 @6:00-7:00 PM

WHERE: Embassy Suites by Hilton at 3225 158th Ave SE, Bellevue, WA 98008. Parking is FREE.

HOW: Optionally bring a yoga mat or blanket, pillow, and water. We'll provide chairs.

HOW MUCH: $12 ahead, $20 at the door and $6 for those with a Booth at the Fair

WHO: Everitt Allen has completed Hatha Teacher Training; Kundalini Teacher Training; Restorative, Relax and Renew; The Spine; Anatomy, Asana and Therapeutics; Yoga in Chairs; Silver Age Yoga Certification; i-Rest training; and Atma Buti (Soul Medicine) Sound Healing with Himalayan Chakra Singing Bowls.

Everitt offers Restorative, Yin, iRest/Yoga Nidra and Kundalini Yoga along with Senior Chair class and Sound Healing with Tibetan/Himalayan Singing Bowls at Yoga Yoga studios in Bellingham and other venues. Plus Everitt teaches others to share Sound Healing.

He is a retired nurse of 30 years.
