Sound Bath with Luna & The Aura Club

Come and bathe in the beautiful healing frequencies of sound. Luna & The Aura Club’s Reiki infused Sound Baths offer the ultimate relaxation.

Wonderfully this date aligns with the Full Moon and our Sound Bath will connect your heart to this transformative energy. We often feel emotions more deeply during this time, so this is the perfect opportunity to release any unwanted or stagnant energy. After the completion of the Sound Bath you are welcome to join us for a delicious herbal tea and bliss ball for grounding.

Sound healing is used to strengthen immunity, reduce stress, anxiety & physical pain, restore emotional balance, improve sleep & enhance creativity. As you lay comfortably Morgan, Jilly & Ben will play an array of magical instruments including crystal singing bowls, gongs, classical guitar, shamanic drums & Solfeggio chimes all tuned to the healing frequencies of the universe. 

No prior experience is required. This event is for ages 15 and over.

Luna & The Aura Club is a family trio. Morgan & Jilly (Daughter & Mother) are both qualified Sound Healing Practitioners & Reiki Masters working together in unison to create balance and flow. Ben (Morgan's Husband) is a guitar wizard with a plethora of live performance experience. He fuses elements of classical, flamenco & indigenous sounds to transport you into an other-worldly experience.

A few things you may want to bring with you to make this experience even more magical

•  A towel or Yoga mat (we have Yoga mats available if you don't have one), but you may want a towel to cover the mat.
• A blanket and pillow (for your comfort - highly recommended).
• An eye mask or something to cover your eyes - we will have some available.
• Your own water bottle for hydration.

Time: Please arrive anytime from 1:45pm for a 2:00pm start.

Location: Ponsonby Primary School Wellness Room. 

Parking - Please see information regarding parking below: 

On arrival at Ponsonby Primary School you will see a black electronic gate at the bottom entrance of the school. The gate will be open. Please drive past the first carpark, around the bend, past the rubbish bins and up to the green astroturf court. Please park here where you will find the Wellness Room next to the school library, accessed via the veranda with the white railing. Please feel free to call Ben on 021 0439 236 if you have any trouble with parking or finding the Wellness Room.

We will have a small array of beautiful crystals, homemade smudge sticks and other delights available for purchase after the Sound Bath. All items can be purchased via Bank Transfer or Cash.
