This monthly sound bath is a space to slow down, rest, and reset your nervous system. You’re invited to attend just one or all four sessions. It’s up to you :)

You’ll be guided into stillness before being immersed in therapeutic sound and vibration designed to support deep relaxation, stress relief, and mental clarity.

Sound travels through the body via vibration, helping release physical tension and quiet mental activity. There’s nothing you need to do—simply lie down, get comfortable, and receive the experience.

This session is suitable for all levels, including first-timers. It’s an ideal way to unwind, reconnect with your body, and create space away from the constant pace of daily life.

What makes this session special:
• Monthly, consistent offering to support nervous system regulation
• Small-group setting for a calm, grounded experience (12 person max)
• Thoughtfully selected instruments and pacing to encourage deep rest
• No meditation experience required

What to bring:
A yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask, water bottle, and anything extra you think will enhance your comfort.

We do have some yoga mats, small blankets and bolsters available but doubling up can make the experience more comfortable.

Tickets are $25 for one or SAVE $ with our “Bring a Buddy” package which is two tickets for $40

IMPORTANT- Please arrive around 5 minutes early to allow time to settle in and support a calm, uninterrupted start for everyone. We will begin at 10:30am.
