An Intimate Monthly Sound Healing Experience with Annie Ridgway

In a world that can often feel busy, demanding and uncertain, there is a deep need for spaces where we can simply pause, exhale and reconnect with ourselves.

Sound Baths to Soothe the Soul is an intimate monthly gathering held within the peaceful sanctuary of Annie’s private Lakshmi Sound Sanctuary studio. Limited to just six participants, these boutique sessions offer a deeply nurturing and personalised experience designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and nourish the spirit.

Allow yourself to be immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, voice, chimes, gentle percussion, and other sacred instruments as they guide you into a state of profound relaxation and inner stillness.

This is not simply a sound bath - it is an opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life and reconnect with what truly matters. A space to release stress, restore balance and remember the peace that resides within.

Each month carries its own unique energy and intention, while maintaining the underlying theme of Soothing the Soul - supporting you to feel grounded, replenished and deeply cared for.
