Sound Healing Meditation - Chakra Sound Healing

Join Amy for a 5-week series of sound meditations. Sound meditation harnesses the vibrational frequencies of instruments based on ancient traditions for healing and awakening, such as the shamanic drum, crystal bowls, vocal toning, and more. Sound vibrations move through our skin, into our bones and cells, and into the waters of our body, which start to resonate with these healing frequencies. This entrainment calms the mind and shifts our brain waves into a more alpha (meditation and visualization) and delta (deep healing rest) state. Being held in this sound bath has transformative effects. We also explore the power of intention to bring this to our meditations along with various breathing techniques for rest and healing.
