As you lie comfortably, fine needles will be placed at key acupuncture points to promote deep relaxation and energetic balance. Simultaneously, you’ll be bathed in the healing frequencies of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and rainsticks—each calibrated to support your nervous system and inner alignment.

The acupuncture needles also help to conduct the sound vibrations more deeply through the body’s energetic pathways—amplifying the restorative effects and deepening the immersive experience.

Meet Elina – Your Sound Healer

Elina has trained in sound healing across the USA, Australia, and India, and has been working with singing bowls for over 15 years. Her passion for sound therapy began during her own struggle with chronic insomnia, as sound became one of the key tools that helped her reclaim deep, restorative sleep.

Today, as a sleep coach, Elina integrates sound vibration therapy into her programs to help clients reduce anxiety, calm the mind, improve sleep, and access deep states of relaxation and consciousness. Her approach is both intuitive and grounded, drawing on a wide range of training in holistic health, theta healing, healing touch, brainwave entrainment, meditation, yoga, body psychotherapy, Trauma Release Exercises (TRE), HeartMath coaching, hypnotherapy, Meta-Coaching, NLP, and various human development frameworks.

Mitch Patience is a Chinese Medicine practitioner with over 15 years of experience as an Acupuncturist, Herbalist, and Transformational Kinesiologist. He holds a degree from The Sydney Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine and completed clinical training in China with distinctions.

With more than 50,000 treatments performed, Mitch specialises in pain relief and holistic healing, blending Traditional Chinese techniques with esoteric practices, lifestyle guidance, and nutritional support. He’s passionate about empowering people on their path to wellbeing and self-healing.
