The Sacred Pause: Sound Healing & Energy Balancing

As the season invites us to slow down and turn inward, The Sacred Pause offers an opportunity to step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself. Through the soothing vibrations of sacred instruments and gentle energy balancing, we’ll create space to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance within the body and nervous system. Give yourself permission to pause, receive, and simply be.

Sound therapy is an ancient healing modality that taps into the body’s natural ability to restore balance. In this session, you’ll be guided through a soothing meditation and immersed in live sound healing using an array of crystal singing bowls, each attuned to different healing frequencies. These vibrations will support your emotional and physical well-being, promoting relaxation, release, and renewal.

Entrance at the back of the building. 

There are some mats and blankets provided, however if you have ones you prefer please bring them along with pillows for your comfort as you will be laying down for most of this event. 

This collaborative journey will be guided by Leah Evenstar and Anne-Therese (A-T) Mracek. Leah is a certified Wellness Coach, Sound and Energy Healer, Meditation Guide, and Medium, while A-T is a Holistic Energy Practitioner and Nature Healing Facilitator. Together, they cultivate a nurturing and empowering environment.
