Event description

Have you ever wondered how sound healing works? Join Sound Therapist Emily for a highly interactive and engaging workshop that delves into the science behind sound healing and how you can incorporate this ancient practice into your daily life. You'll leave with the skills to balance your own biofield using Tibetan metal bowls.

In this workshop, Emily will introduce the seven main chakras (energy centres), the musical notes associated with each chakra and the areas of health they govern. You’ll learn how to recognize when your energy is out of balance, how to play the bowls to maximise their healing properties and how to identify the correct musical note when purchasing a bowl.

The workshop also features hands-on practice and play with a variety of instruments, including the shamanic drum, rainstick, ocean drum and chimes. To conclude, Emily will guide you through a soothing mini Sound Bath experience using crystal singing bowls, leaving you feeling fully inspired to start working with sound for wellness!
