Join us for a soulful, hands-on introduction to the power of sound healing. Whether you’re a curious beginner or a wellness practitioner ready to go deeper, this immersive two-day workshop will guide you to connect with sound as a tool for presence, energy work and transformation.
Led by sound therapist and meditation teacher Natalie Grace, this experiential workshop includes crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, drums and more — with space to practise, play and explore how sound supports emotional, physical and energetic healing.

Location: Central Crows Nest, close to Crows Nest Metro & St Leonards train station. All-day street parking nearby (Sat & Sun), free parking at Crows Nest Centre all-day Sunday.

About your facilitator
Natalie Grace is a sound therapist, energy healer and meditation teacher with a background in music (Princeton University) and experience delivering sound healing in hospitals, schools, corporate environments and wellness settings. Her workshops are known for being accessible, grounded and deeply supportive.
