Join us for a soulful, hands-on introduction to the power of sound healing. Whether you’re a curious beginner or a wellness practitioner ready to go deeper, this immersive two-day workshop will guide you to connect with sound as a tool for presence, energy work and transformation.

Led by sound therapist and meditation teacher Natalie Grace, this experiential workshop includes crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, drums and more — with space to practise, play and explore how sound supports emotional, physical and energetic healing.

⭐️What you’ll experience

  • Rest, reconnection and grounding through sound
  • Practical skills using sound healing instruments
  • Techniques for nervous system regulation
  • How to integrate sound into other practices like yoga, meditation or coaching
  • Insights from both ancient wisdom and modern science
  • A supportive, heart-led space for embodied learning

⭐️This workshop is for you if

  • You’re sound-curious and want to learn how it works
  • You’re a practitioner wanting to expand your toolkit
  • You’re drawn to intuitive, embodied healing
  • You’re looking to deepen your personal or spiritual practice

No experience required — just a curious mind and an open heart.
