Sound Healing Immersion January 2025

The first of our annual monthly immersions. This year we will be introducing a new format in line with the seasons and energy of the month.

You can expect an integration of gentle somatic elements including touch, light, visualisation and other surprises as we dive deeply into a sound and vibration journey of the senses.

This 90 minute practice includes a variety of instruments played in specific phases that takes you on a deep journey through sound and vibrational landscapes. Beginning with a softening and gentle pace to create comfort, warmth and safety using singing bowls, chimes and bells. Following this we increase the intensity with use of Giant Bowls, Gongs and bowls being hovered over and around the body. This is designed to connect you to the subconscious parts of you and allow you to explore internally with curiosity. This part of the practice will sometimes reveal and expose emotions and sensations that come as a surprise. From here we slow things down and delve into the realm of nature where your imagination is free to journey the dynamic cycles of the natural world: Sea, wind, rain, thunder and more. Finally we rest in formless space and lightness with Crystal Bowls and Alchemy bowls. This is a powerful experience and can impact in a variety of ways from, awakening &. revealing to soothing and settling.
