Description

This is not an ordinary sound bath. It is a living, breathing field of resonance.

In each session you are invited into a carefully crafted sonic sanctuary where vibration becomes a language and stillness becomes a portal. In this ongoing series, gifted guest musicians bring their artistry, intuition, and mastery of sacred instruments - weaving textures of voice, bowls, strings, and electronic ambience into a multidimensional tapestry of sound.

Held with precision and reverence, the experience is shaped moment-to-moment through your presence in the room. As your facilitator, I do not simply “play”, I listen, channel, and respond, tracking the energetic currents of the group and guiding the sound accordingly. The result is an innovative, deeply attuned experience that moves beyond performance into a dynamic healing exchange between musician, facilitator, and participant.

Here, sound is not something you passively receive - it carries you. It loosens what has been held too tightly, soothes the overstimulated nervous system, and gently re-introduces you to your own embodied awareness. Every session is unique, co-created in real time, and informed by the subtle intelligence of the field.

For the curious wellness enthusiast, this is a gentle yet potent initiation, a trustworthy entry point into sound healing that feels accessible, high quality, and grounded rather than overwhelming or experimental. You are guided with clarity, care, and skill, so you can relax into the experience without needing to “understand” it.

For the spiritually attuned, this is an opportunity to step out of the relentless cadence of productivity and return to your body, your breath, and your deeper knowing. The sound creates space where insight naturally arises - not through effort, but through presence.

Sound Healing Journey with Guest Artists offers a consistent, elevated space. A monthly return to yourself through sound, vibration, and collective stillness.

Come as you are. Be met where you are. And let the sound do what words cannot.

TESTIMONIALS

“ My experience with Isha Bae and her multi-sensory sound session was beautiful, calming and a space for deep healing and transformation. I work within sound modalities and was amazed at the depth of intuitive knowledge and level of multi sensory communication available! Isha Bae created a calm and trusted space to dive into the depth of healing. Each layer of sound peeled back and exposed another aspect ready to release. This is such a wonderful experience, one you don’t want to miss and will never forget. "  ~ Virginia

" I feel much light and peace during and after her sessions. Love the sound instruments and their surprising effects! There’s even one that sparks joy. It feels much like the warm sun on a lovely Spring day that gently descends the crown of your head and into your heart, until you can feel that sweet warm glow of life gently stir within. ” ~ Mary

" It was a fully immersive journey for me. Deeply Spiritual, heartfelt, opening, and emotional. I did feel tenderly held by the powerful frequencies of sound that washed over me and resonated and reverberated through to the very core and every cell of my being. I had many visions, still ongoing in dreams with past memories arising.

I felt touched by a sense of Grace and Awe throughout. Dare I say I felt an overriding presence of great Beings, and was transported to other realms. I realised I have held onto so much energy that doesn’t even belong to me. I was finally able to let go and relax, and was very grateful and humbled by the subtle beauty I felt in my heart, mind, body and soul… and I feel so much lighter now as I continue to walk on this Earth.

Alisha is a wonderful conduit for Spirit and the Higher Realms. She is a very gifted facilitator and healer. I am blessed by her presence in my life. " ~ Celeste

" I had the best sound healing session near me in Canberra with Isha. I loved the instruments, and the cadence she played them, it really took me on a journey. The relaxing sensation and experience that I had was a memorable one. I highly recommend you book a sound healing session. " ~ Grace
