Sound Healing Journey - Oratia

Join me for an hour of blissful, high-vibrational sound, where you'll be bathed in gentle healing frequencies from instruments including crystal alchemy bowls, chimes, flute, crystal lyre, and handpan.

It's a perfect opportunity to get cosy (lovely heating in this space) and lift and lighten your energy over the colder winter months. 

There are many wonderful benefits, including: regulating your nervous system, helping with sleep, anxiety, improving mood and inviting deeper inner reflection.

I love to create a tranquil, healing space where you can decompress from harsher energies and drop into your heart.

PLEASE BRING:

- a yoga mat
- blanket/s
- pillow/cushion
- eye mask (recommended)
- anything else you may like for comfort, such as additional padding to lie on

Parking:
There is limited parking directly outside the building, however ample parking on the grass directly behind the Just Plane Interesting shop and a few spaces to the right of the shop. (Please do not park at Bodega restaurant as they will tow).

Doors open at 6:20pm. Please aim to arrive on time so you can get comfortable before we start.
